Patrick Banger is Gilbert’s Town Manager, a position he has held since August 14, 2011. Banger, 42, served as city administrator of O’Fallon, MO, for six years prior to working in the private sector, in a role that emphasized smart planning during a period of tremendous growth, and increasing efficiency and the value of government while decreasing employee turnover and cost of services.
